Email us for recommendations and to expedite placing your orders. If you have an account with Many Kitchens, previous addresses will be stored under your settings allowing you to reorder with ease.

Shipping

 

How Do You Calculate Shipping?

Our rates are generated directly from UPS and calculated based on the zip codes of the vendor and customer. You will see the breakdown of shipping by producer during checkout. Some perishable items have mandatory express shipping which will be reflected in checkout.

 

Can I get all my shopping cart items shipped in one order?

Our products are sourced from artisans throughout the United States. Each of our producers ships their own products directly in order to get you the freshest, quickest service. Your goods will be shipped separately if they come from different producers. We have curated three gift boxes to allow you to sample a selection among our producers.

 

How long does shipping take?
Due to the nature of ordering artisanal food products online, some items may have mandatory express shipping. Also some of our freshly baked items are made to order. Once your order is processed by our producers it will be sent directly via UPS ground unless it is an item that requires express shipping (as is the case with our freshly baked pies and sweets). 

 

Do you ship Internationally?
At the moment we are only shipping within the US. We hope to be able to ship Internationally at a later date.
 
Returns  

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do returns or refunds for items that you simply don’t like. However, if an item is damaged or something goes wrong with your order, please email us immediately.

How do you choose the products for your site/what is the criteria for your tasting panel?
We scour farmers markets, food festivals, and wrack all our friends’ brains to find artisanal food that gets people talking. There is so much variety available on the market and since we are a small business starting out, we want to devote our energy to those brands that really made us stop and go back for that extra bite. Our tasting panel is composed of individuals all with different palates so we divvy up our categories to the true aficionados.       

How can I sell my product through Many Kitchens?
If you have a product you would like to sell on Many Kitchens, please contact us. The first step for us is always a tasting, so send us a description of your product and ship us a sample. We would be thrilled to try your food and if you are nearby we are more than happy to stop in for a visit!
