Therése Baron is the founder, president and head chef of Baron’s International Kitchen.

Hailing from a family of Portuguese, West Indian and Scottish decent, Therése also has extended family from India and Iran. Not to mention her husband’s family from Krivoye, in the former Soviet Union, Lithuania, Germany, Wales and Britain.

When she says authentic, she means it. With a vast array of family recipes to choose from, her products use only traditional ingredients to bring you the best authentic taste and aromas.

Whenever possible, Baron’s International Kitchen uses local ingredients from farms around the Hudson Valley.
