Daily Chocolate was purchased by Jen Roberts and her husband Judd Markowski in the summer of 2009. Jen studied with the previous owner to learn the tricks of the trade and she added her own new influences and inspired taste combinations. She works alongside Christina Caniyo who is continually expanding her culinary knowledge.
At Daily Chocolate, everyone works hard to create luscious and delightful chocolates. Their chocolates are all made in small batches, hand cut and hand dipped.
They use organic and local products whenever possible. Daily Chocolate is also happy to support the local dairy industry by using Monument Farms heavy cream and half and half as well as Cabot Creamery butter. Their chocolate is GMO free and they do not use corn syrup in any recipes.
